メイングラフィックは『神岸あかり』が描かれたTVアニメ第１巻の印象的なジャケットイラストを採用し、ヴィンテージの文脈に落とし込んだデザインで表現。
背面にはTVアニメ版サウンドトラックに収録された曲名を配置し『ToHeart』の記憶に浸れるツアーTシャツを目指しました。
ボディは6.0オンスの生地、ボリューム感のある質感と特有のシャリ感が味わえるアメリカンな風合いのヘヴィーウェイトTシャツを使用。
