代金の支払方法・時期

支払時期：商品注文確定時にお支払いが確定いたします。

商品のお届け時期

代金のお支払い確定後、日本国内へは5日以内に発送いたします。
後払い決済の場合は注文確定後、5日以内に発送いたします。

なお海外配送の場合、お届けにおおよそ1〜2ヶ月程度かかりますこと、あらかじめご了承ください。

返品について

▼不良品等の対応

万が一商品不良の場合や、お届けした内容に誤りがございます場合、お荷物の到着から「7日以内」にお問い合わせメールフォームより連絡ください。
写真をお送りいただき弊社で不良個所を確認後、送料着払いにてご返送をお願いします。
ご返送商品が初期不良の場合、良品と交換、または修理にて対応いたします。

※良品の生産にお時間をいただく場合がございますこと、あらかじめご了承ください。
※良品手配が不可能な場合は代金を返還いたします。
※当サイト以外で商品を購入された場合、代金の返還はできません。
※不良品、誤配送などによるご返品の際の送料については、当社にて負担します。
